The Private Area, allows you to book transactions, enter beneficiary account details and manage your account profile (collectively "the Services"). If you use these Services by telephone or email, these Terms of Use apply. Any Service we give you is pursuant to AquireFX's client agreement. Before accessing the Service, you must agree to the client agreement, and these Terms of Use. The client agreement will prevail if these is ever an inconsistency with these terms.

We may provide you, or your authorised representative, with a username and password. These credentials let you use our Services in the Website's Private Area. Whenever your credentials access the private area you accept these terms and conditions.

AquireFX will not always check the identity of the person using your credentials. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your username and password. AquireFX will be entitled to assume that anybody who uses the username and password has your full authority to do so.
